Private-Label AIBookkeeping Infrastructure

Your Customers. Your Brand. A New Recurring Revenue Stream.

Launch AI-powered bookkeeping as part of your existing offer — without building software, hiring bookkeepers or running a finance department. You keep the customer relationship and the brand. We run the infrastructure behind it.

Built for companies already serving hundreds or thousands of small businesses.

You've Already Acquired the Customers. Now Unlock More Value From Every Relationship.

Bookkeeping is an ongoing need with an ongoing invoice. If you already serve small businesses, you are one conversation away from a second recurring revenue line — from customers you have already paid to acquire.

01

New recurring revenue

A monthly subscription per client that compounds with every new business you onboard.

02

More value per relationship

Increase revenue from customers you already have, without a new acquisition cost.

03

Nothing built from scratch

No software to develop, no bookkeeping team to hire and train, no integrations to maintain.

The division of labour

A New Bookkeeping Offering. Without Building a Bookkeeping Department.

Four steps take a customer from introduction to a fully managed set of books.

1

You introduce the service

Bookkeeping is offered to your customers under your own brand, at a price you set.

2

Customers connect accounts

A guided, read-only setup links their bank, card and payment accounts.

3

The AI handles the workflow

Transactions are categorised, reconciled and documented continuously.

4

Exceptions get managed

Anything flagged is queued for follow-up rather than left to drift.

Your Business Focuses on Growth. Our Infrastructure Handles the Heavy Lifting.

The platform

AI-Powered Bookkeeping Infrastructure Built to Scale

The same engine runs every client you onboard — white-labelled, and managed from a single partner console.

Automated Transaction Processing

Bank and card feeds ingested, deduplicated and categorised against each client's chart of accounts.

Intelligent Transfer Recognition

Movements between a client's own accounts are identified and excluded so they never distort the P&L.

Receipt and Document Processing

Invoices and receipts matched to the transactions they belong to, with source documents attached.

Reconciliation Workflows

Accounts tied out continuously, so month-end is a review rather than a scramble.

Financial Reporting

P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow statements generated per client, per period.

Proactive Exception Detection

Duplicates, unusual amounts and missing paperwork surfaced into a queue instead of being buried.

Managed operations

Managed White-Label Operations

The platform does the processing. When something needs a person, a human follows up on your behalf — communicating under your brand, escalating when a situation needs more than an automated nudge.

AI identifies a gap

An unidentified or uncoded transaction is flagged

Branded message sent

The customer is asked for the missing detail

Automated reminder

A follow-up goes out if there's no reply

Human follow-up

A person picks it up when automation isn't enough

Customer responds

The clarification comes back with documentation

AI continues

The transaction is coded and the case closed

Escalation if needed

Complex cases go to a defined escalation path

  • Reduced need for an internal support team
  • Clear escalation procedures you can point to
  • Communication that carries your brand throughout

Example

A client's account shows an unidentified outflow of $4,850. The system flags it, sends a branded request for clarification, and follows up when there's no reply. The customer responds:

"That was the down payment on our new work truck."

The transaction is coded correctly, the documentation attached, and the question closed — without anyone at your company touching it.

Managed follow-up covers routine clarification and document chasing. It is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Whose brand does the service run under?

Yours. The platform, the customer-facing communications and the reporting all carry your branding. SmartTally stays behind the scenes as the infrastructure provider.

Do we need to hire bookkeepers?

No. The Platform Partner programme assumes your team manages client relationships while our automation handles the processing. If you don't have a bookkeeping function at all, the Managed White-Label programme includes follow-up and exception handling on our side.

Who owns the customer relationship?

You do. Your customers stay your customers — you set the pricing, you bill them, and we never approach them directly to sell anything.

How is the pricing structured?

You set your own retail price and pay a wholesale rate per client per month. The rate depends on which programme you choose and your volume. Exact terms are set out in your partner agreement.

What happens when the AI isn't sure about a transaction?

It flags the transaction rather than guessing. Flagged items go into a follow-up queue, and either your team or ours resolves them depending on your programme.

Is there a minimum number of customers?

There is no minimum to start. Most partners begin with a pilot group and expand once the process is proven.
